For me women empowerment is about enabling each woman to shine the greatness in her, for each woman to step into her power and be the Goddess that she is co-creating a better world for herself and for everyone. I set the meditational intention for the Goddess in every woman to be reawaken thus bring feminine balancing energy to the world. This takes courage, connection, compassion and unconditional love.

Interview

1.What is your definition of women empowerment?

For me women empowerment is about enabling each woman to shine the greatness in her, for each woman to step into her power and be the Goddess that she is co-creating a better world for herself and for everyone. I set the meditational intention for the Goddess in every woman to be reawaken thus bring feminine balancing energy to the world. This takes courage, connection, compassion and unconditional love.

2.What motivated you to get involved in being inspirational for change?

I have been very blessed. I have experienced challenges and I have learnt to walk with trust in the Divine faith rather than by sight. I have enabled countless women and men to find their purpose and create a vision for the service that they want to contribute to the world. The messages that I receive generally tend to say that I have enabled people to have a clear vision on the contribution they want to make, focused clarity on what matters most, a sharp sense of who they are, purposeful goals, strategies to map and navigate the issues they encounter with ease and grace.

3.What are some key characteristics of an empowered person?

Firstly, knowing who they are? Being able to articulate: Who am I? Why am I here? What are my values, my purpose and my priorities? What are my truths and how will I live my life? What legacy and contribution do I want to leave in the world?

4.What can leaders or individuals interested in advocacy do to facilitate empowerment?

Every person who wants to advocate empowerment needs to personally do their own inner work and empower themselves, lean to question everything and come to your own opinion rather than following blindly what others say and do. Doing the inner work to be spiritually connected to the Divine or understanding that there is a higher unseen power. It is not until you have had direct experience of a higher power that you are able to be grounded in that knowledge and know that you are an energetic and spiritual being here having a human experience for your souls learning and growth. Knowing that you have the power to accomplish anything that you set your intention and desires to achieve. It does not mean that it will be easy to bring about the accomplishment of your intention and desires but absolute knowledge that yes you can. Life will always take care of you what ever your circumstances.

5.What advice would you give to those who want to give up due to a lack of empowered feeling, thinking and action? (e.g. What is an important first step)

An important first step is clarity – what do you want? What is resonating in your heart? Be clear and communicate your desires, Breathe – meditate and ask for guidance and for the right people, partners and collaborators to show up and assist you on your journey. Engage a coach.
