Now after years many women run businesses can be seen in Jhelum. She served as a chair of the Women Entrepreneurs from 2014 till 2017 at Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry RCCI and Industry. Now she is serving as a senior Executive Board Member with one other woman in a board of 23 members to the 8000 plus members in one of the oldest Chambers of Pakistan.
Her forte is to initiate and organize events to advocate inclusive economic reforms. In Dec 2017 she helped RCCI organize ‘All Pakistan Women Chamber’s Presidents’ Summit’, where they sponsored Women Presidents from all over Pakistan who took part in consultative sessions for policy formulation that act as a barrier to women in trade and business. The recommendations of which were forwarded to the Government departments. The second one of series is in the process to be organized at the end of 2018.

She has been actively engaged with the Ministry of Commerce in Consultative sessions on the new Strategic Trade Policy Framework 2018-2023, For the First time in Pakistan Women stakeholders like her took part in such sessions. She submitted a proposal to protect and promote the women owned commercial heritage of Pakistan, Ministry is looking into it with an intention to incorporate the viable aspects into the Trade policy. The other report ‘Preferential Treatment of Women in Trade’ that she wrote upon the Government’s request too was received very well among the business community.
She regularly organizes exhibitions for the women entrepreneurs at the chamber to create economic opportunities for the women to earn and excel. She organizes Motivational Events like ‘coffee mornings’ with successful women to share their success stories, and arranges Interactive consultative sessions with the ambassadors, dignitaries, Top CEOs, Public sector representatives for knowledge sharing. She has organized a number of Capacity building workshops for the women entrepreneurs. Dr. Ameena Ali is a recently retired Naturopathic Doctor specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology; she has been in Organic Medicine, Home-birthing and the Maternal Education of Women for the last 30 years.
She is an accomplished Maternal Luminary and Keynote Speaker on Reproductive Human Rights, Birthing while Marginalized and Social Justice Solutions. She educates women from all walks of life by serving with evidence-based, trauma-informed education, information, knowledge and wisdom, for those in crisis, at or before conception, while pregnant and within the first 36 months of birthing.
In 2018, she was appointed as a Special Envoy to UN Women Gambia with an accepted NGO/CSO Dossier for Rural Women’s Maternal Healthcare Access and offers solutions for our elders to be able to age-in-place, through her efforts as a member of The Global Alliance for the Rights of Older People.
She is the 2019 US Representative for the International Model UN Association and the newest member to the International Human Rights Commission in Geneva where she serves unrecognized Sovereign Tribes, undocumented International Cultures, Stateless, Landless and countless oppressed and displaced Indigenous People around the world.

Fusena Aziz is a Gender and Domestic Abuse Advocate from Ghana, West Africa. She is Co-founder and Executive Director of Fusaid Global, a non-profit organisation focused on Women’s Development Issues and advocates majorly against gender-based violence.
She, having served as the Women’s Commissioner of the Students’ Representative Council of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, she developed an interest in women’s development issues which led to her setting-up of her organization, Fusaid Global.
Fusena Aziz has represented the organization on various platforms, advocating against gender-based violence and encouraging effective communications in this regard. She is a change-maker contributing towards growth and development of women and children.
Fusena Aziz believes all women can achieve and even do more with the right opportunities and support systems in place. Her long-term goal is to through Fusaid Global, establish a Vocational Training Centre as well as Victims’ Support Unit to support victims of abuses from various parts of the world.
