Your skills, knowledge and experience were so needed in our projects. You have made such an impact in so short a time. We want all our teams to go through Customer Service training with you
Well I agree with the Cambridge dictionary – empowerment means – the process of gaining freedom and power to do what you want or to control what happens to you:
Is the empowerment of the individual.
Thesaurus: synonyms and related words Freedom to act
Women’s empowerment is the process in which women elaborate and recreate what it is that they can be, do, and accomplish in a circumstance that they previously were denied.
So when I feel empowered I have allowed myself the freedom to act! Now every day we have the freedom to act certain ways as we create stories on how we and others should act. We have rules from the government how to act and then we create rules – some of our own rules are bullshit rules to keep ourselves bound. Time to release our shackles. What we think isn’t always right!
My Husband fell ill and we lost nearly everything in the GFC I had 3 children at school and I had been a mother for 14 years at home. I then started a business from scratch and didn’t really understand my vision creativity and that not only was I a business owner I was an entrepreneur always looking for opportunity adapting to what was needed in the market and disrupting it by giving it what it didn’t know it needed.
The training space I easily mastered however in doing this many women said is careful not to emasculate your husband by doing so well. Can you believe that!? I have learnt the only person that can take your power away is you. Don’t let them take your power away, I can’t take my husband’s power away only he can, he can’t take mine away, only I can. If a man is insecure if you do well it is very sad because if they did well we would support them. A great man wants you to succeed; a weak man will try to take your power away. So I now don’t believe that you can emasculate the man.
Women do not tell each other we cant do well, we need to empower each other to be the best we can be, and if that’s a mum great, if that’s an employee great ,if that’s a business owner great, if that’s an expert authority in your field awesome and you may be all of them too! There is a season for everything we may not be able to have it all at once but through the grace of god and having time on this planet we can. When your purpose is Big your passion is bigger. Through my husband’s illness I know work with some of the poorest people in the world and raise funds to help them empower themselves.

The definition of advocacy is the act of speaking on the behalf of or in support of another person, place, or thing.
As leaders we can support not-for-profit organizations that work to help women of domestic abuse who feel too afraid to speak for themselves. We can speak out not only for the abused , stolen , and beaten but for all rights of women as human beings on this planet. The only way the weak stay in power is by cruel rules and injustices to the opposite sex – women. The only way we let them stay in power is by dividing ourselves and not coming together to make a stand ….We know we are not the weaker sex we can endure pain over a longer period of time and then still rise.
First step is to keep your power . You have the power of your thoughts and your first impression and actions each day. What you think is right, if you think you can’t you’re right if you think you can you’re right… why not think positively? Why not act positively ? why not empower the woman beside you?
Empowerment for me comes when I think how can I be of service today…
