AFRICAN WOMEN LEADERSHIP FORUM – EMPOWER AFRICAN WOMEN

African Women Leadership Forum (AWLF) is an empowerment platform what aims to empower the women of Africa through confidence and skill set building, an ecosystem that fosters connections and exposure to valuable ecosystem of support, with the intention to grow successful entrepreneurs and worker, and achieve a greater impact in the economy of Africa. The focus is to build HER capacity. Through your involvement and support, we are able to provide much needed administrative support, and facilitate a Pan-African networking support system.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAM

Empowered women should empower women. The strength, courage and resilience shown by a woman should encourage and motivate those around to strive towards betterment in all areas of life. Your contributions allow us to administer much needed support to individuals to take empowerment into their own communities. Leadership initiatives like ‘Train the trainer’ programs provide soft skill training to women running the African Women Leadership Forum chapters in the various countries in Africa. The leaders can in turn can achieve the greater mandate of mentoring, training, and empowering their chapter members.

AWLF E-LIVE LEADERSHIP TALKS & MASTERCLASS SESSIONS

The AWLF E-live sessions is a platform where internationally connected speakers and thought-leaders from around the world deliver deliberate live sessions to the various AWLF Chapters. The speakers on this African series are passionate to see the growth and development of the African women and offer FREE professional certificate Master classes on targeted business areas such as growing microbusinesses, agricultural ventures, farming and many more. Take a mindful decision to support the facilitation of this support system. Your contribution will impact an African woman in need of this learning opportunity and contribute greatly to the development of the African women.

CONTENT CREATION AND STRATEGIC ADVICE

Our aim at WEG is to develop the female workforce through mentoring, coaching and other development initiatives through a comprehensive approach for transformation. Through your contributions, WEG create and provide resources with global culturally aware content for supporting the AWLF chapters in their mission to empower African women today to increase leadership potential for a better tomorrow. Together with our global experts, we design focused programs to enrich, develop and stimulate the African female workforce. WEG also sources relevant professionals and industry leaders who mentor and provide strategic advice for the country leaders when needed.

GLOBAL SPEAKER SERIES

We believe that women need a strong support system in order to pursue and succeed in their business dreams. The Global Speaker Series is our initiative offering FREE online master classes that have reached hundreds of women worldwide, a true passport for people to learn from speakers they would not normally have access to. Your contributions and support enables us to engage professionals and women in leadership, who voluntarily and freely avail their time, knowledge, tools and practical advice not only to educate women on business, but also challenge their inner competency beliefs. The Global Speaker Series offers direct interaction with industry experts who walk participants through their journey from being startup ventures to sustainable fully functioning businesses and organizations. It’s not just another motivational talk, but this series is a 2-way open discussion on personal journeys that opens the floor to sharing ideas and growth strategies in order to move to the next level.

Your contributions and generous gifts WILL SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT in: i) the research, Creation, and distribution of resources to equip and train women, ii) Raising awareness of the need for more diversity for more impact in all capacity levels, and iii) Organizing and facilitating events for women to learn, share, connect, grow, and network. All funds and proceeds are used towards delivering, supporting, and improving the welfare of women worldwide (professionals, corporate employees, entrepreneurs, start-ups, millennials and women in STEM careers).
